Sirin’s Call (Su) A sirin’s song has the power to grip the spirits of those that hear it. All living creatures within a 60-foot spread must succeed at a DC 20 Will saving throw or be fascinated. A creature that successfully saves is not subject to that sirin’s song for 24 hours. This effect continues for as long as the sirin sings and for 1 round thereafter. A sirin can sing for a number or rounds per day equal to twice its Hit Dice. This is a sonic mind-affecting charm effect. The save DC is Charisma-based.

Sirins are mysterious creatures created by Chernobog during the Ordering of Yavmir. Rarely seen, Sirins have the head and chest of an elegant woman and the body of a large, brilliantly plumed owl. Loyal servants of their ascended master, their haunting melodies can be heard across the desolate wilderness of Yavmir.

Sirins are white-plumed with flowing golden hair and serve as benevolent harbingers to those lost in the wilderness. Appearing as spirits to moribund travelers, the song from the lips of an Sirin brings great peace and serenity to those who hear it. These patient and gentle creatures wait with the hopeless until their time comes, then guide their souls to Navmir to meet their final judgement.
