Howl (At will, DC 12) (Su) When a psoglav howls, all creatures except other evil outsiders within a 300-foot spread must succeed on a DC 12 Will save or become panicked for 2d4 rounds. This is a sonic mind-affecting fear effect. Whether or not the save is successful, an affected creature is immune to the same psoglav’s bay for 24 hours. The save DC is Charisma-based.

Psoglavs are terrifying cyclopean chimera who reside in the realm of the dead. Their heads and front legs are those of a powerful timber wolf while their back legs are cloven like a goat’s. Their howl blends the less desirable vocalizations of both animals. Psoglavs are the jailors of the dead and guard the entrances and exits to the land of the dead. If a person should escape from Navmir or otherwise cheat death, a pack of psoglavs is dispatched to figuratively drag them back to hell. The claws and fangs of a psoglav are made of unbreakable iron.
